Extensive Digital Clean-Up Service

$350/render

Creative Interior Architecture’s value proposition is about bringing you the best interior design and architectural renders, not how well CIA can digitally clean-up your space.

Extensive digital clean-up can take up to eight hours, losing the realism CIA strives to replicate.

Since CIA will be faced with such meticulous and time consuming task, outside CIAs value proposition, there will be a service add-on of $350 per render that needs such digital clean-up.

Before turning in photos to render, please make sure your space is clean and clear of clutter.

In-Home Site Analysis and Investigation Consultation

**Payment for in-home consults are processed through Venmo no later than fourteen business days prior to scheduled appointment.

SERVICE ADD-ON FOR EXTENSIVE IN-HOME CLEAN-UP

It is normal for CIA to move a couple elements in a room before taking professional photos that are render ready, such as moving a water bottle; jacket; pillow.

However, extensive in-home clean-up is not apart of CIAs tasks during in-home consultations, and such clean-up will result in additional fees to make up for the time lost during consultations.

An additional charge of $2.00 will be applied for more than three items that must be moved for professional photos, and $2.00 for CIA to move it back to its original spot. This includes but not limited to: moving boxes; laundry hampers; laundry clothes, baby toys, rolling carts; trash; packing materials; food items and dishes; screws, nails, and tools; any other items that slows down or gets in the way of the photography and measurement-taking professional process.

Before the in-home consultation, please make sure your home is neat and in an orderly fashion to avoid any extra charges. Additionally, any photos that need “extensive digital clean-up” will result in additional fees listed above.

Elements Board

$650/room

Many people redecorating their home love this option because of complete flexibility of sources, envisioning how all the design elements will fit together.

If you have a busy lifestyle with no time to locate and pull together furnishings, reach out to CIA for a quick Elements Board.

Shopping will be a breeze with options that allow you to order the exact sources, or shop for looks that match those on the materials board.

This can be a fun way to look for specific things when thrifting, cruising estate sales, or making a wish on the local Buy Nothing Group.

This is a completely virtual service!

PLEASE NOTE: The elements selected may or may not fit in your space because of the nature of what an elements board is; Home by Zia will not have measurements and may not have any photos of your space. CIA is only choosing elements that fit your style based on limited shared information.
